At Sphatik, we take great care in sourcing, inspecting, and packaging every product. As many of our products are natural, handcrafted, and spiritually significant items, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Please read this policy before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled:
- Before the order has been shipped, or
- Within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
- The shipment is visibly damaged during transit.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided.
- An unboxing video may be requested for verification purposes.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Minor variations in color, size, shape, transparency, or natural inclusions, as these are characteristics of genuine natural crystals.
- Orders where the customer simply changes their mind after delivery.
- Custom-made, personalized, energized, or specially commissioned products.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or final-sale products.
Natural Product Disclaimer
Sphatik (Clear Quartz) is a natural material. Each piece is unique.
Natural variations in:
- Clarity
- Inclusions
- Internal formations
- Shape
- Weight
- Surface texture
are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Return Shipping
If the issue is our responsibility
(Incorrect item, damaged item, or verified manufacturing defect)
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Sphatik.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Sphatik is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI transfer
- Any other mutually agreed refund method
The customer may be required to provide valid bank account details.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local fees imposed by destination countries
Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Orders shipped outside India with a total order value exceeding USD 1,100 are not eligible for cancellation or refund once dispatched.
Refund Refusal
Sphatik reserves the right to refuse a refund or return request if:
- The product shows signs of use.
- Required proof is not provided.
- The claim is found to be fraudulent.
- The request falls outside the timelines stated in this policy.
