Shipping Policy

At Sphatik, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Within India

  • Standard delivery across India generally takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere between 1–9 working days.
  • Deliveries to remote or low-coverage areas may require 10–12 working days.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide through trusted international courier services.
  • International orders generally arrive within 20–25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local regulations, public holidays, and courier network availability in the destination country.
  • In certain countries, shipments may take longer than the estimated delivery period.

Orders are shipped through reputed logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • ExpressBees
  • Other trusted regional and international courier partners

The shipping partner may vary depending on the destination and service availability.

Shipping Charges

India

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
  • Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed during checkout.

International Orders

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹1,500 may apply to international shipments, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for customers within India.
  • A COD handling fee of ₹100 may apply.
  • COD is not available for orders above ₹3,000.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking information so you can monitor your order’s journey in real time. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.

Delivery & Acceptance

  • Deliveries are generally made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbor to receive the shipment on your behalf.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs inspections and clearance delays
  • Public holidays
  • Government regulations or restrictions

Sphatik shall not be held liable for delays resulting from such events.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds for International Orders

Orders shipped outside India with a total order value exceeding USD 1,100 are not eligible for cancellation or refund once dispatched.
